Sound effects with ESOC Skills

SOOO i think its a little far out there but would it be possible to have like a voice audio when charge shot/HS/Zerk/BB are used?

I was thinking Zerk-the dbz ka-mae-ha-mae-ha (how ever you spell it)
Charge shot-Falcon punch
HS-Falcon kick(cuz they are normally coming from the ground)
BB-OVER 9000!

I was hoping that would be possible i don't know.
