Edit .txt fiels (like trail MODS)

I want to edit an trial the normal arrow(edrills ....) trail (blue) into what ever.
i need an programm how can edit this stuff. i tried it with the Res-X editor but i cant edit those fiels...

SO PLS give me and programm to edit the trial stuff.... (maybe i'll post it withe the objinfopater,like the other modders)
